Anyway, Eskapo Verde was introduced to us by our guide coz we were looking for a place to eat. One look at its charming bamboo boardwalk through the mangroves and regret instantly fills me. In my defense, this two-hectare island located in Badian Bay is fairly new. The island resort is tucked along the coastline so from the main road, there’s about a 400m walk with relaxing nature views. My favourite part is where they use the woodchips and sawdust for flooring as it makes me just wanna walk barefoot. We had brunch there after a morning hike/ falls visit (more on that, soon!) and the view is just pretty. Food was awesome, too. It was our last stop before we headed back to Cebu City.
If ever you find yourself in Badian Cebu, I highly recommend this green hideaway. You can find further info about the resort here.
