Is there any better way to celebrate love week than doing another City of Love post? Nah, I don’t think so. Lol. This week, I decided to do a recap of all my Paris’ posts just in case you missed reading any of them. Lol. In addition, I will be covering other places I’ve visited before that unfortunately didn’t make it to any of the posts below so consider this your Paris To Do reference post. Hehe. To begin with for example, if you have only 24-hr to spend in the City of Lights/ Love, may I recommend reading this?
Paris Landmarks. This post includes all the must-sees in Paris given the limited time which I think is pretty possible to happen. Check it here.
Paris from Above. It’s always about the Eiffel tower and Paris’ rooftops. Viewing points include Montparnasse Tower, Pantheon, Arc de Triomphe, Sacré-Cœur and Eiffel Tower. Breathtaking views right this way.
Places of Opulence. Aaah, my favorite interiors in Paris: Chateau de Versailles and Palais Garnier. Oh the grandiose found here.
Paris Museums. Includes Musée du Louvre, Musée d’Orsay , Musée Picasso, Musée Rodin among others from a novice perspective here.
From Vienna to Paris. For fans of the Before trilogy like me. Includes a bit of Vienna though. Come reminisce scenes from the movie here.
Paris’ Burial Grounds. Featuring The Catacombs and Cimetière du Père Lachaise. See a different side of Paris here.
Parc des Buttes Chaumont. True, there are a lot of beautiful gardens/ parks in Paris but this was my first introduction so it’s quite special. It’s less popular than the others near the Eiffel tower but I visit-worthy like the others as seen here.
Back in Paris. My second time in Paris featuring Fontaines de la Concorde and a bit of Jardin des Tuileries. Have you ever seen an elegant fountain such as the one here?
Eiffel. Because you simply don’t forget first encounters, right? Especially that of the Iron Lady. My Eiffel story here.
How I Get My Solo Photos In My Travels. Oh, just a bonus post including tips on getting those shots while traveling solo. It’s one of my most-read post I believe. Find out and learn here.
And some more…
Palais Royal. I love the Tuileries but I like how this garden is a break away from the other touristy ventures in Paris and has that secret garden feel to it. Some tourist spend more time on the artsy side of it called the Les Deux Plateux and I don’t blame them.

The Walking Tours – Montmartre. There are a lot of walking tours for free that are available in Paris and I took advantage of all those when I first traveled solo. I got a lot of warnings from friends about going alone to Montmartre so I found the said tour very helpful.

The Bridges – Pont Alexandre III. A blogger’s favourite and it’s not hard to understand why.

The Flea Markets – Marché St Ouen/Porte de Clingancourt. So many good stuff in here especially the vintage pieces. It was a delight also finding memorabilia of my favorite novel Gone With The Wind.

If there’s something I didn’t cover much in Paris, it would have to be FOOD! 😅 But who knows when I’m back next time? Hope you enjoyed this recap. 😊
